Ingredients
Pizza dough (1lb)
2-3 tbsp Garlic spread
2-3 tbsp Red pepper Pesto
8 oz Mozzarella cheese
3 cup Arugula
3-4 slice Prosciutto
3-4 slice Salami
Drizzles Olive oil
Drizzles Balsamic vinegar glaze
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the dough
Flatten and evenly stretch the pizza dough onto a baking tray or pizza pan. Preheat the oven to 400°F
Step 2: Make it saucy
Spread 2–3 spoonfuls of garlic spread evenly over the dough. Spoon the red pepper pesto sauce on top and gently spread to coat the surface.
Step 3: Cheese it
Place mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, ensuring good coverage without overcrowding.
Step 4: Fire it up
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust begins to turn golden.While the pizza bakes, toss 3 cups of arugula with a light drizzle of olive oil in a salad bowl.
Step 5: Finish and serve
Remove the pizza from the oven. Top with salami and prosciutto, then add the dressed arugula. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar glaze. Slice and serve immediately.
