Ingredients
2 portions of squid ink noodle
1 lb shrimp
3 tbsp Minced shallot
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp trader joe Italian bomba hot chilli
1/4 cup cream
1 tbsp Basil
2 tbsp oil
1 oz butter
Grated parm cheese
Salt n pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1: Turn on the Heat
Sauté shrimp until 70% cooked, then set shrimp aside, make sure not to wash the pan.
Step 2: Building the Texture
Boil noodles in salted water follow the instruction, reserve some water before draining.
Step 3: Lock in the Flavor
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant. Add the Trader Joe's chili paste.
Step 4: Getting Saucy
Return shrimp to the pan, deglaze with cream, and loosen with reserved noodle water.
Step 5: Time to slurp
Add noodles, Parmesan, and basil; toss until sauce thickens and coats everything evenly, and ready.
